  I had booked the first appointment at 08:00 and I arrived at 07:55. I saw the doctor arrive at 08:06 and the lovely receptionist advised she shouldn't be too long now. Then another member of staff (could have been doctor or nurse) went in with the doctor for a chat and the clock was ticking away. I had another appointment to go to so I asked the receptionist if she had any appointments the following day. She kindly said she would phone through and then decided to knock on the doctor's door. Apparently the doctor told the receptionist I would wait and when she replied "she won't, she is looking at making another appointment" only then decided to see me. The other female member of staff then came out and if looks could kill I would have shrivelled up on the spot. Really? What heinous crime had I committed to merit that? The doctor then advised she could write me out a note if I was late for work. Firstly the receptionist needs a gold star for having to cover for the lateness and rudeness of the staff. Secondly, I don't need a note for being late for work. I need to be seen on time so how about a) turning up to work on time yourself and b) not keeping patients waiting by chatting with other members of staff when you are already running late. Your patients' time is as important as yours so a bit of respect please. As an aside, it does not create a good impression when there is a smell of stale cigarettes in the doctor's room.

  Arrogant and rude doctor. The receptionist is lovely, the female doctor has got to be the most useless person with a degree that I've met. The appointment ended with her saying "well what do you want me to do? I dont know what you've been like for the past 6 weeks how would I know what's wrong with you"?

  Receptionist was lovely. Doctor however was awful! Was not interested in helping me one bit and answered my questions with "I don't know" She also tried to make me feel bad for using a ventalin for my every now and then asthma. I think she needs some training from her receptionist in manners!

  Dr thinks i just go there for medical note, she asked me why are you always sick after weekend, what she doesn't know is i worked on the weekend, in the rain and got sick on Tuesday, she was very rude, arrogant .
