  Doug arrived on time. Sent a message when he was arriving. We have two dogs and one had a troubled puppyhood. Our dog loved him. Doug took the time to explain what he was doing. At the end he called me (as we keep our gate locked) and he explained what he had done. Meanwhile he has made a lifelong friend. Our dog remembers people who have been nice to him. My son needs his car serviced and we will call Doug to have him back out to us. My daughter recently bought herself a car and she will also be calling Doug for her service.

  Fortunately I knew what the problem was so the quote given remained unchanged. No one in my area does the kind of work required and I would have to drive a long way and possibly had to leave the ute, which would have been a nightmare, if they could fit it in! Patrick arrived on time, confirmed the details, got the part, the ute was repaired and I was back on the road quickly and safely and all done in my own garage. Great service, great bloke and would happily recommend Lube Mobile.

  Milan came and quoted a transmission repair and service for my car. He was clear and concise with his quote and his descriptions on what needed to be repaired. There was no hidden agenda or cost, Milan did as what he said he was going to do! Amazing mechanic, highly reccommend Milan if your in the northern suburbs!

  My daughters car was running perfectly on some days and playing up on others to the point where the car was becoming risky to drive and unreliable. Our local mechanic could not diagnose on the spot and said he would need the car for the day as he was very busy. I then decided a mobile mechanic may be the answer and called a few that appeared by their advertising to provide local Hills service. One did not pick up the phone the other answered the phone but was on holiday in South Australia (we live in WA). Luckily, I then called Lube Mobile via their centralized booking service . There was an immediate response and a mechanic organized (with ETA) and on his way within 60 seconds. The mechanic arrived promptly and took just 15 minutes to diagnose a fault that other mechanics had failed to spot. Shortly after diagnosis the car had been repaired and road tested. It has been running perfectly since. Thank you Lube Mobile you saved us a great deal of time hassle (and cost), the mechanic was exceptionally knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Most impressed!
