  Disgraceful, looked at buying new car from the again (2 previously) offended me 1/3 of trade of the trade in price offered by other dealers. Then when said thanks but your way off, hounded me with phone calls for a week twice a day. Got a great trade in and deal in Osbourne Park.

  Oh - and full marks to the dealership too! Everyone there was super keen to assist with special mention to Adrian Mariano who did a fantastic job arranging my finance even though he knew I worked in finance and could have done it myself - thanks Adrian!

  I have bought many new cars from several Perth dealerships over the years and I have never had such a positive customer service experience as I had with John Matthews. From the moment he called me in response to my website inquiry, John was both thoroughly professional and personable. So easy to chat with, not pushy and just genuinely trying to help me make an informed and unhurried decision. I can't thank him enough for making my purchase of a new XV such a pleasant experience free of the usual dread most of us feel when we engage with a sales consultant. His behaviour was exemplary throughout the process and his patient and informative handover left me driving out of the dealership with full confidence in my car and all it's features. I highly recommend John as THE person to speak to if you are considering a Subaru. 10 out of 10 for you John across all customer service rating categories and my sincere thanks.

  Recently bought a new car from Subaru Wangara. John along with everyone else who was involved was very informative and friendly on their approach in helping me understand all the details and features of the entire transaction. From the time that I made the enquiry about the car to the time that I drove it out through show room, it was all 10s.
