  Bought a car here a couple of months ago. Car wise no objections but the customer service was poor. I felt that the seller was just trying to get out of me as much as possible giving little care to my personal needs/situation. I have been pushed to use their broker and when I refused and wanted to use mine Darren, the seller, did not react nicely. Then, as part of the deal, my car should have been delivered with the fuel tank filled and he service done. Darren believes that the fuel wasn't part of the deal but I remember quite clearly him saying "I always take good care of my clients. With me you'll have peace of mind, I'll deliver you the car with the tank filled and the service + 100 points security check done". However that wasn't on the contract so fair enough. When I collected the car I rang the people ho serviced it and asked them for the invoice. On the invoice ($77) there was only one subject: general service. I asked then for a list of what was done and came back with an oil change; not even the filter. An average quality oil as well. Took the car back to have it serviced properly and the guys ad UKAutocare did a good job. They have then replaced all the filters and done a 100 points security check on the car at no additional costs. However I had to waste 2 Saturday to have it sorted. In conclusion, not a totally positive experience.

  Just picked up my second car in 3 months for Darren at adj motor company and yet again couldn't be happier , travelling from Mandurah to Wangara as second hand European quality is hard to find around Perth , they always have a great prestige selection , the cars are always presented immaculately unlike most used car establishments and the pleasant down to earth sales team are a pleasure to deal with , I wished I could of picked up 5/6 cars on my purchase , the drive sell's themselves , looking forward to another visit in the next few months!

  I purchased a BMW form Darren the owner. What a breath of fresh air. After viewing different cars at different car yards and being treated with contempt by others. 2 weeks after having my new car I had a slight problem and no hesitation it's was fixed. And thanks for the free loan car Darren.

  Darren, the owner of ADJ Motor Company, understood my genuine and deep interest in owning and driving a Mercedes. I could not afford to purchase the Mercedes that I liked; but Darren made it possible for me to buy this vehicle. He and his employees were amazingly polite and helpful - something I have not previously experienced. After I selected the Mercedes I wanted, Darren phoned the Warranty Company and obtained an exemption for me to buy an Extension of the Manufacturer's Warranty (based on the substantially reduced mileage on this Mercedes). So, I now own and drive a second hand Mercedes with a three year Manufacturer's Warranty. I cannot thank Darren enough.
