    Staff members are friendly and made my car service day easy by offering loan vehicle. Their bus drop off service is also excellent. The guy also help with installing baby seat and make it ease. They have great coffee

    To start off with, we like to say a big thankyou to Gary who sold us our Pathfinder. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with. We took the car for an extended test drive so we could appreciate its features and Gary himself. He was a breath of fresh air like our car.

    Was sitting in the car outside the service entrance. A mechanic parked next to us and opened his door into mine. Not a care given or apology. Good to know the mechanics take care with clients' cars

    We almost didn't go to Northside Nissan as another dealership wasn't upfront & honest. They saw us as a number rather than a customer, a big contrast to Northside Nissan where everyone involved was nice & very helpful with everything. They all chipped in to make our experience one to remember. They all looked immaculate in their appearance, so congratulations to this team. It displays how proud they are & what they represent.

    I traded in a Nissan R35 GTR at Seaview Ford after Northside Nissan informed me I required a full transmission replacement. This was noted on my service report after a shift fork snapped. The car could still drive but I was informed it was a ticking time bomb. The quote was $50,000 + to fix the fault. However, i have no problem with that. The problem is that Northside Nissan provided Seaview ford, another AHG dealership, with a report on the car stating that no issued could be detected with the transmission (i have a copy of the report) on the same day I left the car inspection with Seaview Ford (Seaview Ford took the car to Northside Nissan for the inspection) and after I disclosed the transmission problem to them. They did not repair or replace the transmission. They even stated the launch control had never been used. I used it over 60 times and this was disclosed to both dealerships. This fraud was perpetrated just so the car could be sold at market value with complete disregard for the safety of the consumer. Don't trust these guys with anything! I will personally never buy a car from any AHG dealership if this is the type of culture they allow, even reward in their business. It pains me to even give them one star.

    Great sales team Christian was the man.. But we traded a car in and was not paid out until 6 weeks later after we noticed repayments still coming out of our account they had sold the car with finance still owing... No compensation offered, not even a phone call to apologize. The amount of financial stress this has caused as we had to pay for two car repayments, defaults and the time to sort the issue. AHG has not tried once to rectify our situation or compensate us. Worst dealership experience...
