  If you get a car from here and you get the free 12 month warranty they give you with the car u just purchased... bloody hell run, they are a nightmare to deal with... it's my 2nd time now and I am wondering why I even bothered. Got a great car and all but the service is bullshit and the customer service over the phone... forget it... You would get better customer service out of a monkey, at least he'd offer you a banana.

  I could go on and on but won't I think you get the idea, get RAC to check it over before you get it that way you MAY not have to deal with them wankers again drive out and wave a good goodbye

  Got reassured twice about the fuel consumption of my car before I bought it, only to find out it uses twice as much as the guy told me. So I went back to ask about it, only to rudely get told "how am I supposed to know the consumption of that car?" Now I'm stuck with a car I can barely afford to drive after getting lied to.

  Happy to deal with these guys - bought a car and then had a problem with an "electronic chip" - one phone call to sort it out - and they lent me another car while it was sorted - better and quicker than dealing with one of the big dealers and good value for money - It's too easy to run the small dealers down - but don't forget to say thanks when they do the right things

  went there today with an intention to drive back in the "new" car but they wouldn't let me test drive it because there were two cars parked behind it...lol. if this is how they deal with you when you go there to buy a car from them, imagine you going back to claim the "warranty".
