  Our dog door was installed lower than I requested. I has specifically asked for it to be a certain height for our older dog, so that the top of the door doesn't scrape his back. Shane finally came out to make a change and try to flip the cut out glass. We have scheduled an appointment to install a new glass, but even after several confirmations and having a 2 hour window for the appointment, Shane couldn't make the appointment and wanted to postpone again. Save yourself the waste of your time and the frustration and just find another company to start with. There are many our there.

  Excellent customer service, even helped change a saw blade. Gave good advice, we'll priced and very professional in an industry where this is seldom the case. Highly recommended!

  I had Shane come out to give me a quote for a dog door. He was very helpfull and gave me a few different ideas as I didn't want it put into my security door. I was happy with his quote and gave him the go ahead. Within one week a new pane of glass was fitted with the glass cut and dog door fitted. I am more than happy with the work carried out and have recommended them to many of me friends with dogs and cats. Allan and Joan Jones

  It has been a painful process getting anything done with this company. I don't think there was one appointment that we were able to keep, because something always came up for Shane, the owner. After a few frustrating tries I've just told him not to worry about it anymore. I will call a different company fix whatever I wanted him to do. Id rather pay the extra money than deal Shane and his cancellations again.

  Really poor customer service. Not returning calls, making times that they can "probably" make it, late for appointments then finally cancelling the job! Sort it out guys

  Best price offered. Came all the way to Armadale to install a panel and door for my dog. Excellent and friendly service. Recommended!
