  Love and look forward to my monthly float and massage. The float is amazing enough, albeit self driven. You do with it what you will, they just provide the state of the art, clean facilities alongside a lovely ambience. The massage though... Every time I go I walk away 110% satisfied and relieved of my aches n pains. All the staff are incredibly skilled and each bring their own highly developed nuances and attuned ability to read what your body requires. Thoroughly recommended!

  It was my first time at a floatation spa and what an amazing experience. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is just so warm and inviting the minute you step inside. The actual floatation experience was so peaceful and calm and so relaxing. Definitely recommend!

  My first time at Float and Restore. On arrival I was greeted by smiling and friendly staff. I had a voucher for a Float and Massage. Both were very relaxing and the atmosphere was so calming.

  My first observation is listen to the advice given and put your ear plugs in before you have a shower. Awesome experience, the transition from awareness to whatever state I ended up in was undetectable and wonderful. If you are into binaural tones take a long your favourite one. That is what I will be doing next time because I will be going again and again and again .......
