  In my life I had many different cars and had to deal with many different car mechanics, some good, some not so good. Seven years ago I bought my BMW 320 diesel car, the best car I ever had and it has been serviced by BMW Westcoast in Wangara and I can only say that I equally trust Brad Titheridge to look after my car as I trust my Doctor with looking over my health. Great people, Great service! ☺️

  It wasn't good at the start. I booked a car to test drive. They said we don't have it available, but after just 5 minutes they said we have one available.

  I have had a BMW for many years and had previously only ever had it serviced and repaired by Auto Classic. A couple of years ago I had to have it towed to Westcoast BMW due to the location of its breakdown and I dealt with Steve Newman from their service department. The help, support and outstanding customer service he provided was second to none and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I live in Mount Lawley so although Auto Classic is actually closer to me, I would rather drive further and will not take my BMW anywhere other than West Coast BMW. I have actually dealt with other members of their service team when Steve has not been around, and although they have provided a good service it hasn't compared to the outstanding service he provides to ensure my car is up and running with minimal disruption to my life. I have also dealt with Phoebe from Sales and she is incredibly knowledgeable and sincerely helpful. I highly recommend visiting Westcoast BMW and in particular Steve Newman from their Service Department !

  Been going here for a while now and every time has been A grade customer service! If you ever need any help contact Steve Newman always friendly and very very helpful, always going the extra mile to help the customer out! Never disappoints, Great service.
