  Been there twice and found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful young man didn't hesitate to help me with fitting a tyre, showed me an easy way to do it without making me feel silly.

  Went in, looking to buy an intermediate mountain bike... I was greeted with a smile, and the service from there on was the same; helpful, friendly and honest!! I didn't buy the bike, but wasn't pressured to either. I have since looked at other bike shops and their bikes, and will be returning to WCC for my new mountain bike, purely because of the service I received.. Thank you WCC!!!

  I've been purchasing bikes and scooters for years from Wanneroo Cycle City for my 5 children. They have always been very helpful, patient with the kids in the store and very competitive prices. Well done to the new owners taking it over just recently and continuing the same service. Im a very satisfied customer and will definately continue to shop there and highly recommend them.

  The first guy I talked with gave us an honest advice for fixing our bicycles and we had a good experience with the shop. However, my interactions with this shop declined considerably after recently dropping my bike off to fix a slipping chain. They recommended a number of repairs that were not required including replacing my chain - I had just put a new chain on the bike a week prior, they obviously hadn't looked at bike.

  Very Happy - I lay buyed a mini BMX around 4 months ago and paid it off before Christmas. In January I received a call that the particular bike I ordered was no longer in stock. The owner immediately sourced another bike of similar quality, which actually cost more than the original one I lay buyed and gave it to me for the same price. Very honest business who actually demonstrates a commitment to their customers. Would recommend and buy from them again in the future.
